Getting the Most Out of Your Pictures

Mobile photography

The advent of digital cameras has opened up many possibilities to everyone, which now includes producing and uploading your footage for the internet. While it’s a simple way to capture your clips nowadays, there are some directions that you may need to take to ensure that you get the most out of every clip. It is important to remember that the more information you give about your clips, the better your results will be there for the world to see. There are a few things that you can do to get the most out of your clips.

Filling the frame

The first thing that you need to do is fill the frame in the webcam section of the photo upload page, just as you would do with your flash drive. This doesn’t need to be a big space as your screen will still be able to take the picture. When filling in the area on the right frame, there are a few things to take into consideration. If the area is too small, just put ‘More’, choose ‘ Random music’, and click ‘OK’. This way, you will be able to return to the other picture and see it in more detail. You can also make the area around your face ‘ Chuny’, do the zoom option, by selecting the EXPOSE, FOCUS, and SHARE options from the commonly used editing options on the editing area on the upper right-hand corner.

Size of your space

Another thing you need to do is take note of the size of your space. If you want to upload the picture to the front page of a video directory like YouTube, you may want to blow right through the entire area. This will create a huge file size which will take time to load and your uploading a clearly seen, but still filled in the picture, so beware. As a general idea, it is best to stick to the uppermost part of the frame.

Other useful tips

Another way to get the most out of your clips is to get in the way of them. You have probably heard of this referred to as ‘filming your views in first-person’. While it may make you feel as if the footage is very personal and entails a personal relationship with you, this is not the case. The viewer is more likely going to see what you happen to be looking at on the screen. Make a banner out of your images or set one up, and it will stay there in the clip. By using this suite of options, you make it easier for the viewer to see what you’re doing, since more of your face appears, and leaves no doubt about what you’re doing.

Directing the head at the same time editing the clip is a great place to start. You can plan this before you start shooting the video. If you are in poses during the video, start your head in with the first one. After that, start on the second one, and so on. This allows you to see what it is like to be in the same place as the viewer, and it keeps the hit to the head steady so that the feeling is never really felt. A good way to stick to the natural feelings when using the head at the same time editing is to have no changes on the head, to keep the transition smooth and natural. To prevent having bugs, color, or anything else distracting your viewer, set your colors as if the head is just upon the screen, and begin by shooting the video as you normally would, and let the head drop as you shoot the clip.
